Joseph H. Paquin, age 85, of Madison passed away Monday, April 27, 2015. He was born April 21, 1930 in Jamestown, New York, the son of the late Herman and Hazel (Strunk) Paquin. Joe graduated from Lehigh University in 1953 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He was formerly General Manager of the Industrial Controls Division of Harvey Hubbell, President of Standard Transformer Company and President of Machine Controls Corporation. He was an active member of Immaculate Conception Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara (Milbyer), and a sister, Caroline Eklund. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mary Jane (Gallagher); children, Cynthia (Michael) Jedloe of Wheaton, Illinois, Joseph (Betsy) of Evanston, Illinois, Mary Ann (Michael) Sinclair of Savannah, Georgia, T.J. (Suzanne) of Perry, Ohio, Shelly (Brad) Carlin of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and Mark (Kris) of Orange, California; 13 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren; sisters Ann Marie Anderson and Lucy (James) Dandelski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio. Fr. Sean Donnelly will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of mass. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of the Western Reserve 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110-2602 or Immaculate Conception Church.
